Citizen Watch United Kingdom, Ltd. are the English representatives of the Citizen Watch Company who have been producing watches since 1924. With a workforce of 50 employees, Citizen Watch UK needed an effective anti spam filter that would block spam from reaching users’ inboxes, as well as an effective email archiving system that would help with the search and retrieval of emails that constitute an important part of the business’s work load. GFI MailArchiver has allowed us to keep all messages archived and organized beyond anything that comes with MS Exchange by default (PST hell). Keeping all messages in MSSQL allows for easy backup and restoration. It also allows us to handle customer disputes very quickly and to stop misuse of company IT resources. The search function needs an OR option when adding search criteria, but other than that, great product. Technical support is outstanding. We honestly could not comply with FDIC retention policies, or our own policies, without it.

Over the years, we have accumulated many personal PST files that needed to be managed. One of the problems was the seasonal nature of our Youth Workers and Interns. We had to keep their email available because we may need to research an issue with a child or family that happened in previous years. This was proving difficult at best.
